CNET Channel's Product Data Powers Dell's Web sites in Europe

The contract covers 13 European countries; UK, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands and Belgium. Dell is undertaking a phased rollout of DataSource, which will be completed by the end of the third quarter this year.

"DataSource will allow us to drive efficiencies within Dell's European operations by streamlining our data collection and aggregation," said Patrick Mayo, E-Commerce Manager for Software & Peripherals, Dell EMEA.

CNET Channel's technology product information solution will power Dell's websites with comprehensive product data, allowing faster and smoother decision making process for Dell's customers, which ultimately will generate more traffic and increase sales.
