December 10, 2010 (Vevey, Switzerland) - CNET Content Solutions (CCS), a division of CBS Interactive and the world's leading source of independent product information and solutions built on that product information, today announced that Mal De Silva has joined as Director of Enterprise Sales, Europe. Mr. De Silva joins the existing enterprise sales team and will be responsible for driving new business and key account management in a number of countries across EMEA.
Mr. De Silva brings a wealth of experience in developing strong client relationships in eCommerce, retail, and channel to CNET Content Solutions. In his new position, Mr. De Silva will working with the rest of the European based CCS team to represent the company's core product and solution offerings, including DataSource, ContentCast, PartnerAccess, Intelligent Cross-Sell, Product Selectors and other custom services.
Immediately prior to joining CNET Content Solutions, Mr. De Silva was at YourAmigo.com developing enterprise level new business initiatives with leading European eCommerce focused corporations. Prior to that Mal was part of an enterprise sales team at ChannelAdvisor, where he focused on large retailers and key marketplaces like eBay and Amazon, B2C and B2B eCommerce, also Shopping and Paid Search Channels. His experience also includes work at Digital River, where he developed new business sales across EMEA & Pacific, focused around eCommerce sales opportunities with key technology manufacturers.
